Katy Allen, Board Chair, has been serving on Waysmeet’s board since 2022.
Steven Fellows, Treasurer, joined the Board in March 2025. Steven has been dedicated to fighting food insecurity for over three decades. Since 1989, he has volunteered in food pantries, food banks, and soup kitchens across MA and NH, bringing a steadfast commitment to serving those in need. His involvement with the Waysmeet Center began in 2010, where he has been actively conducting food rescues to ensure surplus food reaches those in need. A resident of Durham since 1996, Steven brings a distinctive combination of expertise and skills to Waysmeet. He holds a BA in Biology, an ME in Electrical Engineering, and an MS in Accounting. Most of his career was spent in electrical engineering, but his deep-rooted passion for sustainability, environmental justice, and physics has shaped much of his work in retirement. As treasurer of the Waysmeet Center, he applies his financial and analytical skills to help strengthen the organization’s mission of compassion, equity, and social justice throughout the NH Seacoast and beyond. He looks forward to making a significant contribution to the organization and the community it serves. When he’s not working to advance Waysmeet’s impact, Steven dedicates his time to promoting sustainability, environmental justice, writing, and physics.
Eileen Murphy (she/her), Fundraising Committee Chair, joined the board in May 2024. Eileen was raised in Lee, NH, and has been a Durham resident for the last 8 years. She’s a lifelong renter and is passionate about finding solutions to the housing shortage in the Seacoast area. She serves on Durham’s Housing Task Force, and is excited to contribute to an organization that provides affordable housing to college students. Eileen’s background is in human services, and recently she’s been working for the Preschool Development Grant at UNH. In this role she researches and advocates for improvements to NH’s early childhood education and family support systems. Eileen earned her M.S. in Human Development and Family Studies in 2023, while in graduate school she was involved in Grad Student Senate and Stonewall Grads. Among other things, Eileen enjoys gardening, needle felting, and carving wooden spoons.
Belle Vukovich Kenoyer (she/her) joined as a board member in April of 2024. Belle has dedicated over 20 years to the field of education, with a background in experiential learning, project and event management, training, recruiting, student development, supervision, and team building. After receiving her BBA in Finance and MA in Student Development in Post-Secondary Education from the University of Iowa, Belle worked for UNH’s Residential Life, as well as several other colleges and universities, and lived and worked abroad for five years for Qatar Foundation, a non-profit NGO in Doha, Qatar. Food security is an issue that Belle is passionate about.
Belle is an avid learner, constantly collecting knowledge from a variety of areas, making her a skilled conversationalist and a killer trivia player. When she’s not working with the Waysmeet board, Belle enjoys spending time with her partner and teenaged triplet boys, volunteering in the community,working at UNH”s Peter T. Paul Entrepreneurship Center (ECenter), and outdoor pursuits.
Kari Allen joined Waysmeet’s board in December 2024.
Lena Romaldini joined the board in December 2024.
